Data Deletion Policy for Lore

Lore Labs Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data. If you no longer wish to use the Lore app and want your account and associated personal data permanently removed from our systems, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

If you currently have the app installed, you can delete your account directly by navigating to:
Dashboard > Profile bubble on top right > Delete Account within the app.

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to request deletion via web, you can do so by contacting us:

• Send an email to support@mylore.app.
• Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Lore App".
• Include the email address associated with your Lore account so we can locate your profile and process the request.

What Data is Deleted

Upon receiving your verified request, we will permanently delete the following within 30 days:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials.
• All relationship memories, notes, and personalized entries stored within the app.
• Any associated media or files uploaded to your account.

Data Retention

Please note that we may retain certain non-identifiable data or basic transaction logs for a limited period if required by law, or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes.
