LORE LABS LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: We collect your email address and authentication data via third-party providers (Apple, Google) to manage your account.
  • User Content: We store the memories, notes, and relationship details you explicitly input into the App ("User Data").
  • Usage Data (Metadata Only): We collect anonymous usage data to understand how our app is used and improve its functionality. This includes metadata such as:
    • Feature usage (e.g., "Profile Created", "Message Sent")
    • App performance and error logs
    • Device information (e.g., device model, operating system)
    Important: This data is strictly aggregated and anonymized. We do not collect the content of your messages, the names of your profiles, your photos, or any personally identifiable information (PII) through our analytics provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the App's functionality (e.g., retrieving your memories).
  • To personalize your experience using AI processing.
  • To process subscription payments.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

  • Analytics: We use PostHog to analyze app usage. PostHog processes usage data on our behalf. We have configured PostHog to block screen recording and strictly limit data capture to non-sensitive metadata.

5. Data Storage & Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

Encryption: All user data is encrypted in transit (via SSL/TLS) and encrypted at rest (using AES-256 standards).
Access Control: We implement strict database-level isolation to ensure your personal data is physically impossible for other users to access.
AI Processing: Your data is processed by our AI strictly for the purpose of generating insights for you. It is not used to train public AI models.
Limitations: While we strive to use industry-standard measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In the event of a security incident, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate, and notify affected users as required by applicable law.

6. AI Processing

User Data is processed by LLMs (Large Language Models) to generate insights. We do not use your personal data to train public AI models.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Your Rights
