1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading and using Lore ("the App"), provided by LORE LABS LIMITED ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Usage & AI Safety
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to ban users who use the AI to generate or store such content.
Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all memories, notes, and data you input into the App. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
3. Subscriptions & Refunds
Lore offers "Pro" features via a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed and managed directly by the platform you use (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your phone's settings.
We do not handle refunds directly. All refund requests must be processed by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App provides AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. Because artificial intelligence works by interpreting patterns in data, it may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information. You should always verify important facts, dates, or decisions before acting on them.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Lore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
